Sean D. Brinker joined the law firm of Zick, Voss, Politte, Richardson & Brinker, P.C., as a lawyer in 2014 after earning his law degree from the University of Missouri.  Before law school, Sean attended Missouri State University where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in administrative management.  Sean became a named partner in January 2021.

Sean assists clients in a variety of matters including, divorce and child custody disputes, real estate transactions and dispute, criminal and traffic law, personal injuries, estate planning, probate, and general civil litigation.  Sean also regularly aids clients in the formation of various business entities, including nonprofit entities for which he works to obtain federal and state tax exempt status.  One of Sean’s greatest joys is the challenge of appellate practice, where he has argued before two of the State’s three branches of the appellate courts and the Missouri Supreme Court.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, Sean remains active in the community serving on the boards of various nonprofit entities, including the Meramec Valley R-III Board of Education.  Sean and his family are also parishioners of St. Bridget of Kildare in Pacific.  Most importantly, Sean enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons.
