Kevin A. Richardson

Kevin A. Richardson was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 2003, after graduating with Honors from the University of Notre Dame, with a B.S. in History and obtaining his J.D. from the Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri.  Mr. Richardson joined the law firm of Zick, Voss, Politte, Richardson & Brinker, P.C. immediately after law school and became a named partner in 2012.  Mr. Richardson is a life-long resident of Franklin County and currently resides in the City of Washington with his family.

Mr. Richardson serves a wide range of clients, from individuals faced with divorce to those faced with the criminal offense of Driving while Intoxicated.  He handles various municipal representations and has an active general civil litigation practice.  He handles matters in the following areas: Family Law, Estate Planning and Probate Practice, Real Estate Law, General Civil Litigation, Criminal Defense, including DWI, and provides representation to small business owners, including incorporation or formation of business entities and related representation.  In addition to his professional responsibilities, Mr. Richardson remains active in the community coaching youth sports, serving as a board member and past-president of the Franklin County Area United Way, sits on the TEMCO, Inc (a sheltered workshop) board of directors, is on the Harmony House Advisory Board, has served as President of the Franklin County Bar Association, is active with Chamber of Commerce and is active in his Parish at Our Lady of Lourdes.
